Keemay Bhary Karela

Karela is a famous dish of summer in Pakistan. Karela is prepared through various methods like filling pulses in karela, by cutting Karela into small pieces and so on. Here is a another method of preparing Karela by Filling Keema in it. http://blush.com.pk/category/food/

Ingredients
Half Kilogram beef
Half Kilogram bitter melon (karelay)
Two to three onions
Half cup of oil
Salt
Green chilies
Three Well chopped tomatoes
Two spoons red chili
One spoon of garam masala grounded
One spoon of cumin powder
Half spoon of turmeric
One spoon of garlic paste
Instructions
Scratch the bitter melons and give a slit along length and eliminate the seeds. After this apply salt outside and inside the bitter melon. Now leave it for at least 30 minutes.
Now wash them with plenty of water and remove salt as much as possible. Add some water in a pan and boil bitter moons for five minutes.
Let them dry and then fry them in the heated oil for five minutes.
Get another pan and fry onions to golden brown, then add salt, chili powder, cumin powder, ginger, garlic. After three to four minutes, add tomatoes with a little water.
Now add mince and cook with some water. Now add green chilies, garam masala and coriander.
Fill the each bitter melon with this mixture and tie with a thread. Now cook this on very low temperature for five minutes. Serve it as you like.
