Ingredients
2 pounds Boneless pieces of Lamb
Three cups wheat
Four spoon Ginger-Garlic paste
one cup Mixed lentils
one spoon Red Chili powder
half table spoon Turmeric powder
1 cup Yogurt
One cup fried onions
Half cup Cashew nuts
1 tsp Gram Masala powder
one spoon Black Pepper corns
Half cup of Ghee
Fresh Herbs- one cup fresh coriander, 1/4 cup fresh mint

Instructions
1) Wash the cracked wheat for 1/2 hour, then wash and clean the lamb and trim off the extra fat.2) Mix up the lamb with Ginger-Garlic, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and tumeric.
3) Put the lamb on heat for 8-10 min in Pressure cooker and then simmer for 15 minutes. After few minutes, slice the meat.
4) Boil the wheat until it is cooked totally and the water is almost fascinated by the wheat.
5) Put this wheat in a food processor for a few seconds. Now keep it aside.
6) Heat the oil in a container and put inside the cooked lamb, green chilies, coriander and saute for few minutes.
7) Add the yoghurt and sauté and add three cups of water and boil it
8) Now add the cooked wheat with a little bit of ghee. Add salt according to your taste.
