Indian Style Onion Bhaji

Indian bhaji is a famous dish all over the Asia, liked by most of the Pakistanis. Indian bhaji is available in most of the restaurants, but some people don’t like to eat at restaurants. So you can try this fabulous dish at home by the given recipe. http://blush.com.pk/category/food
Ingredients:
Two large onions
800 ml oil
120 ml water
Half spoon onion seeds
200 gram chickpea flour
Half table spoon baking powder
Half teaspoon chili powder
Half spoon cumin, finely grounded
Half spoon coriander
Salt
2 spoons of rice flour

Instructions:
First of all, Heat the oil in a large pan
Add chickpea flour, baking powder, rice flour, onion seeds, chili powder, salt, coriander and water into a large bowl. Now mix it and then add the thickly sliced onions in the mixture and again mix it with hands.
Now put a small cube of bread in the oil and check the hotness of the oil
Drop some spoons of the bhaji into the oil. Fry them in small volume otherwise they will stick together. Fry for 2 minutes and then remove them from heat. Repeat the procedure until all the bhaji is cooked

Now spit some salt and serve with raita.
