Pineapple yogurt dessert:
Ingredients:
Yogurt
Milk
Pineapple jelly powder
Pineapple cubes
Fresh cream
Method:
In a bowl add yogurt, condense milk, pineapple jelly powder, pineapple cubes and fresh cream. Now mix it well with a spoon.
Refrigerate it for 6 to 7 hours.
Pineapple yogurt dessert is ready, now serve it in a good way.
Rabri Kheer:
Ingredients:
Milk
Sugar
Rice
Khoya
Rabri
Cardamom powder
Almonds Pistachio
Rose water
Silver paper for garnish
Method:
- Get a large pan and add milk, sugar and green cardamom powder. Let it boil.
- When the milk begins to boil, add crushed rice in it and cook until rice become soft. Stir continuously.
- When the kheer starts to thicken add khoya, rose water, half quantity of almonds and pistachios in it.
- Turn off the flame and add rabri to the mixture.
- Then refrigerate the kheer for some time.
- Garnish rabri kheer with silver paper, almond and pistachios before serving.
